DESCRIPTION

Introduction to Yoga for beginners & beginners-at-Heart. If you are new to yoga or have been away from your mat for a while and want a refresher on the basics, this is the Course for you. In this Course, we will immerse ourselves in fundamental yoga asana with an emphasis on safe movement, alignment, and growth. Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere with others at the same place in their yoga journey as you are, where it doesn't matter if you are flexible or have any experience at all. We will safely explore the basic asana poses of yoga in a spirit of compassion for ourselves. Questions during class? Ask! We are all in this together and if you are wondering about it, odds are good someone else is too. The environment will be easy-going, designed for learning and exploration. This Course includes: - Weekly Introduction to Yoga sessions - One additional studio Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost) - 20% discount on Himalayan Salt Spa passes - 10% discount on items in our Yoga Shop

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS Please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time to reschedule or cancel a Class, . We can credit the unused Class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. YOGA COURSES Course Term enrollment dropped within the first 2 weeks of the Term will be credited to your Member Account, minus the cost of the weeks that already occurred. We will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course Term. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
