DESCRIPTION

Introduction to Yoga for beginners & beginners-at-Heart. If you are new to yoga or have been away from your mat for a while and want a refresher on the basics, this is the Course for you. In this Course, we will immerse ourselves in fundamental yoga asana with an emphasis on safe movement, alignment, and growth. Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere with others at the same place in their yoga journey as you are, where it doesn't matter if you are flexible or have any experience at all. We will safely explore the basic asana poses of yoga in a spirit of compassion for ourselves. Questions during class? Ask! We are all in this together and if you are wondering about it, odds are good someone else is too. The environment will be easy-going, designed for learning and exploration, and with a light-hearted spirit. Come experience how a yoga practice can change your life!


UPCOMING SESSIONS


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make a scheduled session of the Course. Please note that this will not impact your remaining sessions in the Course or the Bonus Class Passes provided in your Member Account. Course enrollment dropped within the first 2 weeks of the Term will be credited to your Member Account, minus the sessions attended. We will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course Term of your choosing. Members will be responsible for paying any difference between the credited amount and the new Course cost. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable and may not be used for services other than Courses.
