Join us for this 90-minute gentle immersive experience designed to release tension and calm the nervous system, featuring Restorative Yoga by Joanne followed by a soothing Sound Healing Meditation offering by Nita Jain of Marrigold. December 21st is the Winter Solstice, bringing the longest night/shortest day of the year -- but it also marks the transition to longer daylight hours, the promise of eventual Spring and new beginnings. These long, dark nights of winter are a reminder to our bodies and our minds to slow down and rest, to give ourselves time for reflection and a comfortable space to rejuvenate and restore. The Winter Solstice is a time of hope, of renewal and rebirth. As we move from the darkness of this year into the light, we take time to contemplate what has come to pass, and release what will no longer serve us on our journey into the growing promise of light. This special event is suitable for new and experienced yogis. It's a great choice for those seeking sublime relaxation and retreat from the hectic pace of the holiday season, allowing the nervous system to rest, and creating mental and physical space to identify and care for what truly matters the most to you.
