3-Week introduction for yoga newbies and those returning to yoga
Curious? Maybe nervous? Not flexible? Maybe you tried yoga before and got injured or didn't feel comfortable? Not sure where to start? We are so glad to have you here! Enroll in this 3-week course exploring yoga asana for brand new beginners. We don't have ALL of the answers but we can get you started on a safe, healthy, and confident yoga journey. Enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere with others at the same place in their yoga journey as you are, where it doesn't matter if you are flexible or have any experience at all. We will safely explore the basic asana poses of yoga in a spirit of compassion for ourselves. Yoga etiquette and the use of props will be addressed and encouraged. Questions during class? Ask! We are all in this together and if you are wondering about it, odds are good someone else is too. The environment will be easy-going, designed for learning and exploration. This Course includes: - 3 weekly Yoga for Beginners informational and movement classes - One additional studio Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost)! Join us!
