Balance comes from movement, from navigating transitions with mindfulness, flexibility and strength. Learn and practice the key components of balance - inside and out. Build confidence, prevent injury, and have fun in this 6 week Course focused on developing a solid foundation for balance. Regardless of age or level of experience with yoga, everyone can benefit from better balance. Balance is a learned skill and we have to challenge our balance to improve it. It’s no different than learning to read or learning to surf - the basics must be developed before the skill can be mastered. It all comes with practice. What comes with this Course: - 6 weekly 60-minute classes - One additional yoga class of your choice EACH WEEK (at no additional cost) - Priceless body awareness, improved confidence, and whole-body wellness.
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
