Struggling with fatigue? Having a hard time falling asleep at night or staying asleep once you fall asleep? Does your mind go into overdrive once you finally lay down in bed? We can have all the external details ideally arranged, but if our mind is not relaxed and at ease, then we still won't get a good night's sleep. Join us as we learn methods for quieting the thoughts spinning through the mind that keep us from being able to fall into or stay in a restful sleep. We will utilize movement along with Yoga Nidra, breathing and mindfulness to help release tension and create a soothing energy - a perfect preparation for a good night's sleep. Research has shown that yoga is a helpful tool to help improve quality of sleep and mood. Yoga can also lead to reduced symptoms of insomnia, stress, depression and anxiety. There is even evidence that yoga can help to reduce symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome. This 8-WEEK COURSE is designed to assist with relaxation and letting go of stress to enhance sleep and improve overall quality of life. What comes with this Course: - 8 weekly Yoga for Better Sleep sessions - one additional yoga Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost)! This Course meets on Tuesdays, 7-8 PM. April 5, 12, 19, 26, and May 3, 10, 17, 24. *Beginners welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule a Class or session in the Himalayan Salt Spa, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
