Yoga for Golfers


Session 2: March 15 - April 19


DESCRIPTION

Winter is the perfect time to improve your golf game by working in small group classes with Joanne, the only Certified Yoga for Golfers instructor in southeast Virginia. Improve mobility, strength, power, and endurance for every golfer at every level of ability. Yoga for Golfers is a 6-week series that focuses on: -- Quieting the mind and proper breathing techniques to achieve focus and relaxation -- Achieving body symmetry, balance, and alignment through the swing to increase power -- Enhancing flexibility and core development to improve mobility, strength, power and endurance. For all golfers, at all levels of ability, Yoga for Golfers elevates your game to go the extra distance. -- YFG improves performance beyond golf lessons/instruction. -- YFG focuses on biomechanics of the body through the swing. -- YFG enables golfers to play their best game, right from the first tee. -- YFG extends the body’s ability to play, minimizing discomforts and risk of injury. -- YFG improves the body’s mobility, allowing golfers to play better, longer, with more confidence and increased enjoyment. No yoga experience necessary. Comfortable athletic attire is recommended. We meet WEDNESDAYS 7:30-8:30am.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
