Expand your practice and understanding of yoga


Not "brand new" to yoga but still feel like a "newbie"? This class is for yogis that have had a regular practice for at least a few weeks, have perhaps completed our Yoga for Beginners Course and want to continue to grow in their practice. Safely continue to develop your practice in this class. Build on the new awareness you discovered in the Yoga for Beginners Course about how yoga can enhance your strength, flexibility, concentration and correct body alignment. This class offers a friendly and open yoga environment, moving at a slower pace to make sure everyone is safe and growing in confidence. With regular practice you will find your comfort level as your understanding and ability expand.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule a Class or session in the Himalayan Salt Spa, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
