Session 1: January 17 - February 21
Have you been curious about yoga but feel like you are not flexible enough to try it? This is the place for you! This 6-WEEK yoga Course is designed to help you safely increase flexibility while creating body awareness through movement. We will gently open the muscles, safely increase spinal flexibility, and release the fascia that may be holding your body in a "stuck" state to help you grow toward your optimum state of wellness. This Course is suitable for beginners. What you will learn: - How tightness in the body can lead to chronic pain and injury if not addressed - How to safely create lasting flexibility in your body - The role the fascia plays in limiting movement. This Course includes: - 6 weekly Yoga for Non-Bendy People classes - One additional studio Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost)! This Course meets TUESDAYS at 6:00-7:00pm.
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
