8-week Course designed as cross-training to improve your run


Training for a race? Looking for a compliment to a regular running regimen? Brand new to running and looking for a healthy way to take are of your body as you increase your miles? Yoga for Runners is a Course designed to be a perfect cross-training companion to your weekly training schedule. This Course will help bring balance and symmetry to the body while also increasing flexibility and strength to create the ultimate way to enhance your running while protecting your body and preventing injury. This Course will focus on optimum posture, increased flexibility, breath awareness, balance and symmetry, and physical strength. *No yoga experience required.* We will meet at 6:30pm for a series of 8 weekly sessions lasting 60 minutes. As a BONUS, you are invited to attend one additional yoga class each week for no extra charge. Yoga for Runners 8-week Course begins Tuesday, January 11th, 2022.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find another date/time for the same type of session that will work within your schedule. For Courses, we will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course series. There are no refunds. Purchases are non-transferable.
