This Course will help bring balance and symmetry to the body while also increasing flexibility and strength to create the ultimate way to enhance your running while protecting your body and preventing injury. We will focus on optimum posture, increased flexibility, breath awareness, balance and symmetry, and physical strength. We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS Please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time to reschedule or cancel a Class, . We can credit the unused Class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. YOGA COURSES Course Term enrollment dropped within the first 2 weeks of the Term will be credited to your Member Account, minus the cost of the weeks that already occurred. We will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course Term. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
