Struggling with stress? This Course will offer Gentle and Restorative Yoga as well as a variety of mind-body principals to help participants manage their own stress, leading the way to discovering improved physical and mental health and quality of life. This Course will encourage participants to understand the connection between stress and physical or emotional problems and learn self-care techniques to elicit the relaxation response, the body's innate stress buffer. If you struggle with anxiety-related symptoms, headaches or migraines, mild depression, chronic pain, TMJ, insomnia or fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders (such as IBS), and/or skin problems, this Course can help you understand how to improve how you respond to stress in your life and how utilizing the relaxation response can empower you to reduce the impact of these conditions in your day-to-day life. What comes with this Course: - 6 weekly Yoga for Stress Management sessions - one additional yoga Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost)! *Beginners welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary.
