Yoga for Stress Relief
DESCRIPTION
Stress got you down? Do you struggle with the the Sunday night blues? Maybe having trouble sleeping? This Course will offer Gentle and Restorative Yoga as well as a variety of mind-body principals to help participants manage their own stress, using gentle movement to help lead the way to discovering improved physical and mental health and quality of life. This Course encourages participants to understand the connection between stress and physical and/or emotional discomfort and learn self-care techniques to elicit the relaxation response, the body's innate stress buffer. If you struggle with anxiety-related symptoms, headaches or migraines, mild depression, chronic pain, TMJ, insomnia or fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders (such as IBS), and/or skin problems, this Course can help you understand how to improve how you respond to stress in your life and how utilizing the relaxation response can empower you to reduce the impact of these conditions in your day-to-day life. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS Please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time to reschedule or cancel a Class, . We can credit the unused Class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. YOGA COURSES Course Term enrollment dropped within the first 2 weeks of the Term will be credited to your Member Account, minus the cost of the weeks that already occurred. We will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course Term. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
