This class is for yogis that have had a regular practice for at least 6 months. Safely continue to grow your practice in this class. Build on the new awareness you have discovered in the Level I Class about how yoga can enhance your strength, flexibility, concentration and correct body alignment. This class offers the same friendly and open yoga environment found in our Level I class. With regular practice you will find your comfort level and build confidence in your yoga as your understanding and ability expand.
