We offer a variety of stand-alone Classes and themed Courses. Descriptions of each can be found below.  


Classes are offered on the schedule as stand-alone events throughout the Summer. These classes are open to all students. You may purchase Class Passes for these stand-alone events.


Check back each week to see what is available on the schedule. All registration is first come, first served.

Please visit our PLANS + PRICING page for information on purchasing Class Passes. We are a "cashless" studio. All purchases can be made online prior to registration for a class.


Courses provide continuity of benefits, are offered in sessions lasting 6 to 8 weeks, continue on a rolling basis, and will focus on a specific area of interest. Each Course session offers its own unique benefits. 

You are welcome to sign up for a Course prior to the beginning of each session. All registration is first come, first served, including placement on the Waiting List. 

By participating in Courses, students will be able to:

  • Build a solid foundation of knowledge, strength, flexibility and consistency in the area of focus

  • Increase endurance and body self-awareness

  • Experience improved balance and mobility

  • Enhance focus through precise movement, alignment and breath

  • Work at an appropriate level of challenge
