CLASSES + COURSES
We offer a variety of stand-alone Classes and themed Courses. Descriptions of each can be found below.
Classes are offered on the schedule as stand-alone events throughout the Summer. These classes are open to all students. You may purchase Class Passes for these stand-alone events.

Please visit our PLANS + PRICING page for information on purchasing Class Passes. We are a "cashless" studio. All purchases can be made online prior to registration for a class.
Courses provide continuity of benefits, are offered in sessions lasting 6 to 8 weeks, continue on a rolling basis, and will focus on a specific area of interest. Each Course session offers its own unique benefits.
You are welcome to sign up for a Course prior to the beginning of each session. All registration is first come, first served, including placement on the Waiting List.

Yoga - Level I Class
Brand New Beginners
New to yoga?
Begin your journey here.
Learn fundamental yoga poses and how the breath is used to create strength, relaxation and flexibility. Feel free to ask questions in a friendly and open environment filled with others at the beginning of their yoga journey, just like you. Movement, Mindfulness, and Breath will be explained and explored. Think you're not flexible enough? Let go of preconceived notions about what yoga is/isn't and Discover the Possibilities.
Yoga - Level II Class
for Newer Yogis
Continue to grow your yoga practice in this class. Build on the new awareness you have discovered about how yoga can enhance your strength, flexibility, mood, sleep and overall wellness. This class offers the same friendly and open yoga environment found in our other classes. With regular practice you will find your comfort level and build confidence in your yoga as your understanding and ability expand.
Yoga - Level III Class
for Experienced Yogis
Focus on the foundations of yoga, strengthening and lengthening the body and finding balance. Learn to connect your movement with your breath as you transition between the primary poses of yoga. Realize the power of the mind as you learn to still the constant mental chatter and draw awareness inward. This is the perfect opportunity for yogis who seek a lifetime practice they can continue to grow in and connect with what is at the root of it all.
