Our studio is designed around the idea of learning and movement, around discovery, and around functioning as your best self. Have you ever felt like yoga was only for people who were already flexible, balanced and strong?

We offer both Yoga Classes as well as Courses. The student can choose Classes to practice for overall wellness as time permits and Courses that provide continuity and focus on more specific areas of interest in the body or life.


A few important things to know about the studio:

  • Students must bring their own mat and props (a yoga mat, a yoga strap, 2 yoga blocks, and a yoga blanket are recommended). Not sure where to start? We have props available for purchase in the studio.

  • We are a cashless studio. All classes are by reservation only. Reservations can be made online up to 1 hour before class begins. See the Schedule + Reservations page for more information.

  • All common areas are cleaned daily and common touch surfaces disinfected after each class.

  • Masks are not required - we support each person's choice to mask as they feel comfortable.

  • Teachers and staff are fully vaccinated.


** We encourage but do not require students to choose full vaccination. 

Because we spend time in class sitting, standing and lying on the floor, students must be comfortable with making these transitions on their own.
