Transition into the deeper, longer-held poses of Yin yoga targeting connective tissues and fascia to create opening for energy to flow more freely through the body. Reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing flexibility and circulation and strength. * Not suitable for brand new beginners.

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. You may reschedule or cancel a class yourself in your Member Account up to 6 hours prior to class start. If you do not attend a class you are scheduled for, you will be recorded as a "No Show" and one Class Pass will be used for that class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
