DESCRIPTION

Begin with a multi-level invigorating yet balanced Vinyasa yoga practice focused on mindful movement, strength, and balance. Transition into the deeper, longer-held poses of Yin yoga targeting connective tissues and fascia to create opening for energy to flow more freely through the body. Reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing flexibility and circulation and strength. * Not suitable for brand new beginners.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS You can reschedule a class yourself in your Member Account up to 6 hours prior to class start. If you prefer to cancel your class enrollment, please contact us at least 6 hours before class start time. We will gladly credit the unused class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If you do not notify us at least 6 hours prior to start time OR do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. If we do not hear from you at least 6 hours prior to class start time your purchase will be applied to the class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
