DESCRIPTION
Join us for Yoga on the Beach as you bathe in the healing elements of the ocean energy and soothing sounds of pure Himalayan crystal singing bowls. We will offer an all-levels yoga practice on the beach featuring Bluebird Woman. We will meet on the beach to the right when you take the Ablemarle Street beach entrance. Parking is available in the parking lot of PHP Yoga and along the street. Please respect No Parking signs and private property. We recommend that you bring an oversized beach blanket/towel to practice on and water to hydrate. You can also bring a mat but it's not essential. All are welcome for this beginner-level class! 🙏🏼

To cancel your event booking, please reach out to us by email at least 6 hours before the event. We will be able to credit the paid amount to your account for your future use. If we do not hear from you at least 6 hours before the event, your purchase will be applied. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that your email may be shared with our Sound Healing practitioner for purposes of communicating information about preparation of the event.
