SPRING TERM: Yoga for Runners

Training for a race? Putting in miles on your bike? Brand new to running or cycling and looking for a healthy way to take are of your body as you increase your miles? Yoga for Runners is a Course designed to be a perfect cross-training companion to your weekly training schedule. This Course will help bring balance and symmetry to the body while also increasing flexibility and strength to create the ultimate way to enhance your running while protecting your body and preventing injury. We will focus on optimum posture, increased flexibility, breath awareness, balance and symmetry, and physical strength. What comes with this Course: - Weekly Course sessions - One additional studio Class of your choice each week (at no additional cost) - Priceless injury prevention and whole-body wellness.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make a scheduled session of the Course. Please note that this will not impact your remaining sessions in the Course or the Bonus Class Passes provided in your Member Account. Course enrollment dropped within the first 2 weeks of the Term will be credited to your Member Account. We will gladly reschedule you into the next available Course Term of any topic. Course enrollment fees are non-refundable and may not be used for services other than Courses.
