YOGA on the BEACH
A short walk from the studio weekly during warmer months
DESCRIPTION
The movement of the water and the sounds, rhythm, and energy of the waves crashing on shore help to create balance in the body, calm in the mind, and unite the opposites. We will start with an all-levels yoga practice while the sun begins to lower in the sky, finishing just in time for sunset. What to Bring: - A beach towel, Turkish towel, or something else to put between the sand and your yoga mat - A smaller towel/hand towel to brush sand off your hands - Water (or beverage of choice) - A sweatshirt if you easily get chilled. This class is included in Membership plans and Class Passes. Beginners welcome! Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. We meet on the beach at the end of Albemarle Street, a block from the studio. Free parking is available in our parking lot and along Ablemarle Avenue. (Please respect neighborhood No Parking areas). This class is all about enjoying yoga in nature. A little rain doesn't bother us! If weather is bad (thunder, lightening, or strong winds), class will be moved into the studio. Notification will be sent out via SMS text an hour before class start time.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS You can reschedule a class yourself in your Member Account up to 2 hours prior to class start. If you prefer to cancel your class enrollment, please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time. We will gladly credit the unused class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
