Are you curious about yoga? Have you always wanted to try yoga but have not been sure where to start?This is a friendly and open class to practice with others new to yoga. Learn fundamental yoga poses and how the breath is used to create strength, relaxation, and flexibility. Feel free to ask questions in a space filled with others at the beginning of their yoga journey, just like you. Step-by-step Movement, Mindfulness, and Breath will be explained and explored. This individual class is the perfect compliment to the Introduction to Yoga Course as well as a great additional opportunity for anyone to practice during the week.
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS Please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time to reschedule or cancel a Class. We can credit the unused Class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
