A gentle approach to Hatha yoga
This all-levels yoga class focuses on traditional yoga asana with a more subtle approach. Gentle Yoga helps to get the body out of stress-mode, releases tension, calms the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, mind, and soul. Experience a practice for strengthening, flexibility, and balance for any body including the use of props and modifications to create a full yoga practice regardless of ability. This class is suitable for beginners and those newer to yoga.
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A YOGA CLASS Please contact us at least 2 hours before class start time to reschedule or cancel a Class. We can credit the unused Class pass to your Member Account for you to use at a later time. If we do not hear from you before 2 hours of class start time and you do not attend the class, your purchase will be applied to the class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
