Begin your day with an intentionally slower paced, balanced and soothing Vinyasa yoga practice focused on mindful movement, strength, and balance. Allow yourself to move in a way that is slow, easeful, and deeply connected to your body. Reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing flexibility, circulation, strength, as well as your understanding of your yoga practice. * Not suitable for brand new beginners.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and you may not be able to make your scheduled session. You may reschedule or cancel a class yourself in your Member Account up to 6 hours prior to class start. If you do not attend a class you are scheduled for, you will be recorded as a "No Show" and one Class Pass will be used for that class. Purchases, Memberships, and enrollments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
